Order Tracking & Communication
Transparency is key to our shipping operations. Once your order is processed and handed over to our courier partners, an automated Shipment Confirmation is triggered. This confirmation contains your AWB (Airway Bill) tracking number.
For retail and wholesale portal customers, tracking updates are seamlessly pushed via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp to ensure you are informed at every transit milestone. For our Dropship partners, we provide dual-tracking capabilities, allowing you to monitor the package while we independently notify your end customer on your behalf.
Discreet Packaging
Given the nature of intimate apparel, all Drofix Hub shipments—regardless of customer tier—are dispatched in unbranded, opaque, and tamper-evident packaging. Your privacy is fully respected, and the external manifest will not display sensitive product descriptions.
