2. Dropshipping & Wholesale Partnership Terms

Registered dropshippers and wholesale partners are bound by a separate partner agreement in addition to these general terms. Any violation of our pricing policies, brand misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of partner privileges.

  • Taxation: Dropshipping fees are strictly non-taxable as per our structure. Standard GST (5%) applies to the product sales price as per Indian regulations.
  • Brand Integrity: Partners must not misrepresent Drofix Hub products or use our intellectual property without authorization.
  • Accountability: Dropshippers are responsible for communicating accurate shipping and return information to their end customers.

3. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policies

Our commitment to quality means we handle returns and refunds meticulously. Policies vary significantly depending on your customer classification (Retail, Wholesale, or Dropship Partner) due to the distinct nature of these business models.
